  • Check-in 3pm (enquire if needed earlier); check-out 10am.
  • Tariff includes bed linen, towels, provisions for continental breakfast to get you started, use of kayaks if available, NZ local taxes @ 12.5% (GST). This changes 1 October 2010 to 15%.
  • Deposit of $NZD200 required, this is non refundable. Balance due 1 month prior to stay.
  • Refundable bond: We reserve the right to request a $200 bond.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, forfeit total booking price.
  • Dates can be changed subject to availability, otherwise the cancellation policy applies.
